The Álava Development Agency (AAD) supports you throughout the process, from finding the ideal property to setting up your business.
The enterprise is run by Álava Provincial Council with the aim of making industrial and logistical space and infrastructure available in the province of Álava.
The organisation works alongside the Basque Government and Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council and is one of the main developers of industrial facilities in the region.

Its work includes developing urban projects, providing support in administrative steps with authorities and companies in the industry, negotiating with property owners and reusing disused assets to boost business and economic activity in the area.
AAD also facilitates contact with potential partners, offering support in areas like training, technology, consultancy and government support schemes.
In cooperation with other organisations, AAD supplies industrial and logistical spaces both in new developments and inactive properties. An interactive search engine is provided, showing all of these assets available in Álava.
