They design, manufacture and market capsules and other technical products of high added value for the sealing and imaging of wine, spirits, cava, champagne and sparkling wines. Founded in 1890, Ramondín’s history is marked by its capacity for innovation, which has led it to become an international leader in the sector. It has nine factories in Europe, the United States and Latin America that currently generate a global production of 3 billion capsules distributed to more than 50 countries. 90% of the Alava-based company’s business is in its exports. In 2018 Ramondin became RMDGroup, and it acquired Janson Industries in 2021, strengthening its global leadership in the sector across the five main global markets.
